• 9月1日秋季毕业

毕业的清单

1. 确保你达到了学位要求. Consult your Advisor and monitor your progress on your DegreeWorks audit.
    
2. 在九游会门户申请毕业. (参见分步说明)
    
3. Check to see if your high school/GED transcript is on file with the 注册服务 office. 在你被授予学位之前，证明必须存档.
    
4. 支付毕业费用
    
5. 如果参加仪式, pick up your graduation regalia in the 注册服务办公室 during the designated posted days and times.
    
6. 清除商务办公室的任何障碍. Failure to pay grad fees will cause a financial hold to be placed upon your account and your diploma/transcript will not be released until all holds are paid.
    
7. 索取正式成绩单. Make sure to check your unofficial transcript in your portal to ensure your degree has posted, 之前, 要你的最终成绩单. 如果你的学位和期末成绩都贴出来了, select, 如果学位还没有公布，“现在就处理”, select, “等待学位."

祝贺你! 是时候开始申请毕业了. Earning your Degree from 九游会 is a very exciting time and we have created steps to ensure the process goes smoothly for you. It is a multi-step process that will end with completing the graduation survey.

完成在线毕业申请

1. Communicate with your advisor who will indicate it's time to apply
2. 登录到门户的安全区域
3. 选择Self-Service/PAWS卡上的Student Profile链接
4. Select the link that says "Application to Graduate" to begin the application process

• 课程的选择
  • 请确认你目前的专业和重点，然后继续. If your degree information is incorrect, please contact your advisor.
     
• 毕业典礼选择
  在你申请的时候, you will still have plenty of time to change your mind regarding attendance to commencement. Please use this screen to indicate your attendance intentions currently and Continue.  更改电子邮件 注册服务办公室.
• 毕业日期选择
   
• Select your date of graduation from the drop down menu and Continue

毕业证书的名字 

• Review your name as it will appear on your diploma and continue.

• 选择文凭邮寄地址
  • Here you have the ability to indicate what address you want your diploma to be sent to in the following timeframe:
    • 春季毕业生 - 7月
    • 夏季毕业生 ——10月
    • 秋天的毕业生 - 2月
      Note: entering a different address other than your legal address on file will not update the legal address. This address will only be used to mail your diploma/certificate. 如果您需要更新您的法定地址, you will do so on the address change form located in your portal.
  • 从下拉菜单中选择并继续.

    • In order to make changes after your application has been submitted, you must contact your advisor.

  • A message will appear to confirm the submission of our online application. You can also confirm that your application was submitted by going the 学生 服务 tab clicking the “View 毕业 Application” link​​​​​​​.

以优异成绩毕业

• Highest Honors - If you complete all requirements for an associate's degree with a GPA of 3.7分或以上，你将以最高荣誉毕业.
• 荣誉-如果你完成了所有要求，GPA达到3分.5 to 3.你将以优异的成绩毕业.
• 资格-有资格获得荣誉或最高荣誉, 你必须在九游会完成15个学分.
• President's List - The President's List is published at the end of every semester. 要符合资格, you must successfully complete at least 12 semester hours of college-level course work with a GPA of 4.0.
• Dean's List - The Dean's List is published at the end of every semester. 要符合资格, you must successfully complete at least 12 semester hours of college-level course work with a GPA of 3.5 to 3.99.
