Please be aware that all Business Office, Advisor, 金融援助, and 注册服务 communications will be through your Office 365 (O365) Barton 学生的电子邮件 account. To access your O365 account please login to your MyBarton门户 and locate the O365 card. Please note that this email account is not tied to your Canvas account.

Students

Your Password will be your six- digit date of birth with the format (mmddyy). For example, if your date of birth is January 12, 1985, you will enter 011285 as your temporary PIN/Password.

  - jane.smith@cougar.bookitall.net
  - 011285
- After logging in for the first time, please locate the OKTA MFA安全卡 and follow the steps to change your password.

Employees

你将使用你的 员工的电子邮件 作为你的用户名.
你将使用你的 employee password that you login to your Barton computer or email every day.
